This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions between Intelligent Design Solutions, ("IDS") and you, the Customer ("You"), regarding your personal Information.

IDS only collects the minimum personal information necessary for completing transactions. Personal information will never be given away, sold, disclosed, published in print, or posted on the Internet for any reason, except as permitted by law. Extra personal information (information not deemed necessary for the sale) disclosed either by conversation, transaction details, email, etc. will never be given away, sold, disclosed, published in print, or posted on the Internet for any reason. Any unnecessary personal information in tangible format and in IDS’s possession will be destroyed. Non-personal information will not be sold, however it may used for commercial purposes by IDS. This does not include disclosure to any 3rd party.

IDS keeps records of all of its transactions within the last five years but certain records are kept longer because of Federal laws. You have the right to inquire at any time any information IDS may have about you. You have the right, once a year, to request paper copies of all of the personal information IDS may have about you at no charge. Additional copies incur a $20 flat charge per set of copies (shipping and handling is included in this charge if applicable).

IDS may at your request or by court mandate disclose personal information about you. IDS may also pass your transaction information to a collections agency, if you have an outstanding balance due on your account.

IDS may send special offers to your personal mail address or personal email address. You may be removed from receiving these special offer mailings at your request at any time.

IDS reserves the right to send you any non-commercial literature even if you are removed from receiving special offer mail or email. It is highly advisable not to remove yourself from this mailing list, as this information may be vital to the life of your website, but if you desire to be removed from these mailings, you may request to do so. However, IDS will not be responsible for anything that occurs as result of consumer negligence.

Personal information disclosure for commercial purposes by IDS will never occur without your prior written consent.

If you agree to any personal information disclosure for commercial use by IDS, you may request any limitation of that information.

Personal information disclosed for commercial use by IDS may be used by IDS in a variety of ways. If you wish your information to be available to be used for certain commercial uses and not others, you must specify those parameters in writing. Those requests may take up to 6-8 weeks to process if they do not accompany the original agreement

At no time will IDS pay for or compensate for personal information used for commercial purposes if the above terms of IDS’s Privacy Policy were met.

BY DISCLOSING ANY PERSONAL OR NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION TO IDS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS
